“Runway“ is a celebration to mark the culmination of "L.A. Architecture Month," part of the Getty initiative, Pacific Standard Time Presents: Modern Architecture in L.A. This is the final event in the program series Extreme IDEAS: Architecture at the Intersection, which began in May, and looked beyond the field's traditional boundaries to delve into topics arising from unexpected quarters in film, automotive, aerospace, and tech industries in order to explore rapidly emerging new technologies, possibilities for interdisciplinary growth, and the role of Los Angeles in the evolution of architecture. Runway will also give the public a first look at IDEAS, a new satellite location for A.UD that will serve as a hub for cross-discipline research and development with industry and outside partners to expand the future parameters of architectural practice.

Mindshare LA, known for its innovative and progressive monthly programs, was selected to collaborate in the production of the final event of the Extreme IDEAS series.
